Umm al-Nisa’ Khanum and Aqa Jabbar, the children of Mashhadi ‘Abd al-Ghaffar, transfer a house and a garden, located in Shishgilan, and part of the use of water from a qanat to Mirza Riza, a courtier of the crown prince and the son of Haji ‘Abd Allah, in exchange for two hundred and thirty seven tumans and five thousand dinars.

Settlement between Shahzadah Khanum, Fath‘ali Khan's mother, with Khvajah Nazar, the Christian merchant, regarding the villages of Bilvirdi and Yangajah in the Bidustan region and all their attached land and water creeks, which will belong to Shahzadah Khanum in exchange for three thousand tumans. According to the note on verso, the contract was registered at the Embassy office in Tabriz and was written by Mirza Muhsin Amin Shuraka’, the chronicler, on August 11, 1854.

Will of Haj Hamzah Aqa Tajir (merchant) from Tabriz, resident of Najaf, in which he gives one hundred tumans to his wife (daughter of Haj Shaykh Muhammad) for her mahr, three hundred tumans for purchasing a house for her, and allows her to keeps all her belongings including clothing, carpets, and household furnishings. He also determines one-third of his inheritance and allocates money to be spent for his funeral and religious duties including ablution, the funeral, prayer, fasting, pilgrimage, and charity.
